Are wheelchairs available?

Yes! We have wheelchairs readily available for any patients who need assistance.

What should I expect during a CT or PET scan?

Most scans will last approximately 15 minutes, and you will gradually move in and out of the scanner throughout the exam.

I have claustrophobia. How should I prepare for a CT or PET scan?

We recommend that patients who are prescribed medication for claustrophobia take it before their scan. However, taking it too early may result in it wearing off too soon. Please make sure we’re aware that you’ll be taking medicine, so our technologist can advise you on the right time to take it.

I have a question about how I was billed. Who should I speak with?

Patients with billing questions should contact our Billing Department at (915) 219-4246. They can assist with balance inquiries, charge explanations, refund requests, and other account-related questions. Patients are always welcome to visit the office to make a payment.

Am I able to get my imaging results on a CD?

Yes. Patients requesting a CD of their images should plan to pick it up in person. CDs are prepared when the patient arrives and typically take 10-15 minutes to complete.
