No-Show, Late Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
At Master Imaging, our goal is to provide timely, high-quality care to all patients. To help us keep appointments running on time and reduce delays for others, we ask that patients review the following policy:
- Appointments that are missed (no-shows) or cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $30.00 no-show fee.
- Patients who arrive 15 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time may be required to reschedule their appointment or may be moved to a later appointment time the same day if availability allows.
- This policy helps ensure our technologists and care teams stay on schedule and that other patients are not delayed.
- No-show fees are not billable to insurance and are the patient’s responsibility.
- Fees may be waived at management’s discretion for emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
