No-Show, Late Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

At Master Imaging, our goal is to provide timely, high-quality care to all patients. To help us keep appointments running on time and minimize delays for other patients, please review the following policy:

Patients are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow adequate time for registration, verification of information, and completion of any necessary paperwork.
Patients who arrive 15 minutes or less before their scheduled appointment time may be considered late and may be required to reschedule their appointment or be moved to a later appointment time the same day if availability allows.
We strongly encourage all patients to complete their pre-check-in paperwork prior to arrival. Completing pre-check-in helps expedite the registration process and allows us to provide faster, more efficient service.
Appointments that are missed (no-shows) or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $30.00 no-show/late cancellation fee.
No-show and late cancellation fees are not billable to insurance and remain the patient’s responsibility.
Fees may be waived at management’s discretion in the event of emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.

This policy helps ensure our technologists and care teams remain on schedule and that all patients receive timely care.
